We have available for sale this 40' x 40' x 11' fabric shelter that is designed to secure between 2 shipping containers, walls, concrete blocks or it can secure directly to the ground.  This storage shelter comes with a SOLID WHITE 10 oz. PE cover.

This shelter is designed to secure between (2) 40' shipping containers.  Once assembled between containers this will have an overall height of 19' 6" or 20' 6" at the middle, depending on the height of your shipping container.  This storage shelter system has a twist-lock & clamp installation, no need for welding to the roof of the container.  The twist lock and clamp design utilizes the lifting points on the ends of the shipping container as well as clamps along the sides to secure a mounting rail to the roof of each container.  The arches are then secured to that rail on the containers.
We offer a standard 1 year warranty against any major defects. We have parts on-hand and available should you need them. We have replacement covers available as well. The manufacturer estimates a standard life expectancy of 5 - 7 years on the 10 oz. PE cover.
SOLID WHITE COVER....why is that important?
The solid white cover is very important because the colored (usually green) ends on most of these storage buildings being offered for sale is a weak point in the cover.  The colored ends do not have the same ability to withstand UV rays as the solid white.  We have received report after report from previous owners of hail penetrating the colored ends, but not the main white part.....reports of the cover tearing at the seam where it transitions to the colored end.....& we have personally noticed excessive fading of the colored ends which can lead to premature failure of the cover.
Features:
Heavy duty galvanized steel Square Tubing frame for added strength versus round pipe frame.  The galvanized pipe has superior corrosion resistance.  The pipe is 15 gauge thickness & the square tubing measures 3" x 2".  The square tubing frame is a new design and we don't yet have actual photos, so you will notice most of the photos depicted in this listing are of the round pipe style, but you are receiving a shelter with Square Tubing frame.
All parts are pre-drilled for easy assembly.  Includes all necessary bolts and hardware for assembly.
The cover is UV treated to help resist the harmful sun rays that can deteriorate the cover prematurely.  The cover is also designed to be fire retardant & is constructed of rip-stop fabric that has excellent resistance to wind, cuts & mold.  The kit includes the frame, all necessary hardware & main cover.
The cover is secured to the frame using ratchet tension straps.  This allows for maximum tightness of the cover which is essential to longevity.
The included crate and contents will weigh around 1,829 pounds.

There is a flat rate 5 freight shipping charge for this item to a commercial business address with dock or forklift available. If you do not have a commercial location we can ship to a local freight terminal in your area where you can pick up at your convenience for the flat rate shipping fee. Residential appt. with liftgate delivery is an extra 0 fee.
