If for any reason the customer does NOT obtain necessary permits before purchasing, or we are prevented from being able to install the structure due to any issue resulting from the responsibilities of the customer, we will only be able to drop off the loose materials at the customer's location for self-installation, unless and until such issues are resolved!  (In this case, there will be NO discount for self-installation.)

42' x 21' x 12' Horse Stable and Barn:
We Love our animals! This Dependable Shelter will make their lives more comfortable and help make your life a little easier. This popular model comes with an 18' wide section in the middle for entering your livestock into their stalls. This section features 12' of leg height to give you 13'6" in the corners and comes with braces on every leg.   Gable Ends, which are the panels coming down from the roof on each end, are on the center section for added protection and added beauty. The side sections are for Stalls and Storage. They come 12' wide by 21' long and CAN BE divided into two sections for each side (partition walls available at an additional charge), giving you Four Stalls 10' X 12' (partition walls NOT included in this price!). The building itself is 42' wide and 21' deep, but if you add extra depth you will be adding additional Stalls or you could simply make each stall larger. Each side section is already enclosed on three sides at this price. If you would like us to make changes from this design, we will be happy to create a listing of your exact model to simplify your purchasing experience.
This well designed and popular model comes with 32" spikes on all bottom plates to secure your structure to the ground.  If you are installing on concrete, then we will place concrete anchors in for free. The Frame of your New Structure is constructed from 14 gauge Galvanized Steel and your Panels are 29 gauge Steel. You will also receive a decorative Steel Trim outlining your building and have 14 colors to choose from on Walls, Roof, and Trim. There must be a certain amount of orders on a load, in order to send the installers out for deliveries
.  Each of those orders must be coordinated together within an area, which is why we are only able to give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order.  We will try and give you as much notice as possible, but please keep in mind that your delivery date is not set until the scheduling office calls you.  (Estimations are educated guesses, based on the experiences of the scheduler for your area, and they do their best to predict a schedule before it is written!  There are many factors that influence delivery such as: weather, traffic, the time it takes to install the previous customer's orders, etc., so we appreciate your patience and cooperation!)
In the Carport Industry, structure lengths (on standard, Horizontal Roof models) are listed to include a 6" overhang on the front and rear-- In other words, the frame is one foot shorter than the roof:  A 21' long model has a frame that is 20' long.
*This does not apply to Vertical Roof models, which have no front or rear overhang.
Some important things to remember:
- The scheduling date is not set until the scheduling office confirms the appointment with you, at least 3 days in advance.
- Every estimated date that we give you before that is ONLY an estimation.  We do our best to keep customers informed and updated.
- Even when the scheduling office calls you to confirm your appointment, it is STILL possible that your scheduled date can change, due to unforeseen circumstances.  (Please remember that these installers are delivering and installing many buildings in addition to yours-- things like flat tires, truck problems, customers sites not being ready, weather-- all of these things are rare, but can affect your delivery date and time.)
- PLEASE try your best to NOT take off of work for the installation date.  (Because the date can always change due to the many factors that influence the delivery, some customers have taken off of work, only to be re-scheduled!  Please try to have someone else available for the install, or mark out the spot where the building needs to go. It is best to have someone at the site for the installation, but you do have a 90-day workmanship guarantee...If you are not able to be there, and you notice something that needs to be corrected, all you need to do is let us know!)
- Even the best suppliers can experience delays or mechanical issues.  In our experience, the most important thing is the way that these rare situations are handled.
