This Dependable Shelter is a wonderful addition for any family! This popular model comes with a 40' deep section in the middle which features 12' of leg height in the corners, 14'6" clearance at the peak, and comes with 3' Braces on every leg (lean-tos will have 2' braces on every leg). The center section will have a wall in front and back and features a 10x10 Roll-up Door on the front of the building. The side sections are 12' wide by 40' long. Each side section is enclosed on three sides to fully enclose your structure from the outside and leave access into the middle section. Both sides will feature a 8x7 Roll-up Door on the front of your building. Also included are (4) 24"x36" windows and a 36"x80" Walk-in Door. If you would like us to make changes from this design, we will be happy to design a model that fits your needs. This well-designed model comes with 32" spikes on the bottom plates to secure your structure to the ground. If you are installing on concrete, then we will place concrete anchors for free. The Frame of your New Structure is constructed from 14 gauge Galvanized Steel and your Panels are 29 gauge Steel panels with a baked-on enamel finish. We offer Free Delivery and Installation for most states inside the Continental United States for our Carport Cover and All Steel Structure Line. Delivery time varies by location - Some areas may experience slower or faster delivery times. Other products offered will be found in our
Portable
Building
line which is offered in
Texas
and surrounding areas. Taxes are not included in the price.
Local sales tax must be paid on all purchases.
All that we require is a level surface (within 3"), and that there is at least 18"-24" of space between the structure and any existing structure.

There must be a certain amount of orders on a load, in order to send the installers out for deliveries
.  Each of those orders must be coordinated together within an area, which is why we are only able to give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order.  We will try and give you as much notice as possible, but please keep in mind that your delivery date is not set until the scheduling office calls you.  (Estimations are educated guesses, based on the experiences of the scheduler for your area, and they do their best to predict a schedule before it is written!  There are many factors that influence delivery such as: weather, traffic, the time it takes to install the previous customer's orders, etc., so we appreciate your patience and cooperation!)
In the Carport Industry, structure lengths (on standard, Horizontal Roof models) are listed to include a 6" overhang on the front and rear-- In other words, the frame is one foot shorter than the roof:  A 21' long model has a frame that is 20' long.
*This does not apply to Vertical Roof models, which have no front or rear overhang.
Some important things to remember:
- The scheduling date is not set until the scheduling office confirms the appointment with you, at least 3 days in advance.
- Every estimated date that we give you before that is ONLY an estimation.  We do our best to keep customers informed and updated.
- Even when the scheduling office calls you to confirm your appointment, it is STILL possible that your scheduled date can change, due to unforeseen circumstances.  (Please remember that these installers are delivering and installing many buildings in addition to yours-- things like flat tires, truck problems, customers sites not being ready, weather-- all of these things are rare, but can affect your delivery date and time.)
- PLEASE try your best to NOT take off of work for the installation date.  (Because the date can always change due to the many factors that influence the delivery, some customers have taken off of work, only to be re-scheduled!  Please try to have someone else available for the install, or mark out the spot where the building needs to go. It is best to have someone at the site for the installation, but you do have a 90-day workmanship guarantee...If you are not able to be there, and you notice something that needs to be corrected, all you need to do is let us know!)
- Even the best suppliers can experience delays or mechanical issues.  In our experience, the most important thing is the way that these rare situations are handled.
