Detached Garage with Structural Insulated Panels

Description

Build a detached garage with precut magnesia cement structural insulated panels that are Florida Product approved for wind loads up to 165 mph. The cement skin exterior insulated wall panels are 4 1/2" thick, the roof panels are 6 1/2" thick and are provided with a 19/32" plywood or OSB top skin and a 12 mm magnesium cement bottom skin. The package includes the precut-panels fabricated for installation on your concrete slab, signed sealed engineered permit drawings, installation drawings and a material list.
Electrical chases are provided in the panels. Wall panels include a horizontal chase at receptacle and switch height and one vertical chase in each panel. Wall panels include one chase located at the center of each panel.  *These panels are not approved for use in Miami Dade County, they are approved in all other Counties.
OPTIONS:
*We offer the same panel kit with 6 1/2" thick exterior hurricane impact rated wall panels and 8 1/4" thick roof panels that are hurricane rated to 185 mph. - THESE PANELS ARE ARE APPROVED FOR Miami Dade County high velocity wind zones
*A carport can be added as an option
*A complete kit including doors and the lumber package can be added
*Additional electrical chases can be provided for an additional cost.
*Option available to increase wall and roll up door height to 7' or 8' height.
