Up for sale is a brand new Guard Shack. This is a very large prefab guard shack, and because of it's size, it cannot be shipped once it is built.
This listing includes delivery and assembly within 2 hours drive of 17356 only
, at a mutually agreed upon date, depending on our schedule.  Any further travel or installation requirements would require a discussion and an extra cost, if it is possible. Also, the assembly includes simply assembling the building at the location. We would require power to do so. Once assembled, I'm not sure the building can be moved safely, so the site would have to be approved before installation.
It is best to ask any and all questions before you purchase as this is obviously not returnable in any way.

The walls and roof are aluminum skinned insulated panels, it has sliding windows on 3 sides and a 36" entrance door on one side. It has a galvanized floor.
It measures 10ft wide x 6.5ft long and 7.5ft tall.
