What is this?
This is for a 1 hour in person or telephone consultation for one of our modular buildings.  A floor plan will be created, based on your input.  We will also get pricing information for your custom design.  We discuss your goals, budgeting, and logistical issues to determine which metal building is right for you.
How can you get one?
We are accepting orders for 20ft, (,000) and 40ft (,000) modular homes. At this time there is a waiting list. We build them to order and delivery takes 90-120 days.
How do we keep it affordable?
We have simple floor plans and create exactly the same unit over and over. That means it takes less time to figure out where everything goes, and we know exactly what we need before we need it.
All our materials are purchased in bulk. Everything from paint to wires are purchased in the largest quantities possible. Having all the materials on site means we can focus on building, and not be constantly running to get parts. We can pass the savings on to you.
Our main focus is value, long term value at a good price today. All the lights we use are LEDs which take about 1/10 the power of old incandescent bulbs. All our plumbing fixtures use the latest high efficiency technology to keep your bills low.
The units are built on our site and then transported to your home lot. You are responsible for the site preparations, including connecting water, sewer, and power. We can recommend a honest contractor to help you with this. You are also responsible for permitting with the government.
