Once the 3 sets ofengineered plans are completed (approximately 5-10 business days), the sellerwill mail 3 sets of engineered plans to the purchaser. Once purchaser has receivedthe plans, and is ready to begin the production of the Steel Eco Glamping CabinKit, the purchaser can then pay the remaining 50% due, and the seller willbegin production of their building.

If purchaser’s property does not requireplanning and zoning approval, or if purchaser desires to have the production ofthe building begin prior to the approval from their local planning and zoningdepartment, purchaser is solely responsible for the outcome and their buildingapprovals and timeline, and the seller will begin the production of thebuilding once purchaser acknowledges this liability.
