This is a 16' trailer. Compromises must be made when going tiny. We opted for a public/private floor plan. The public area includes the entry, kitchen, living spaces. The private includes the bathing, laundry, sleeping spaces. There is a wall with a door that divides them. Walls and doors take up space and must be minimized in a tiny design.
Weight of house and trailer is about 6200 lbs. Most trucks are rated to pull 10,000 pounds.
Aside from the 10 gallon water heater, this house has no holding tanks. It is not an RV and has no RV parts.
House can remain on trailer as secured cargo, or you can have it removed and set on a foundation of your choice.
Sale price does not include delivery, set-up, stairs/porch/decking, utility connections, sales tax, out-of-state delivery, and other costs specific to the scope of your project.
