Portable Office Trailer on wheels tires flat but recently moved Toilet/Room 2dr

This is an older model construction trailer approximately 10' x 30+ ft (over 30 from tongue to rear) on tandem axle. Two doors for each room and a door between the two areas inside. Windows all around  and it has a closet across from the restroom which has a toilet, lavatory and medicine cabinet (No shower). My husband towed it about 50 miles without issue around 3 months ago before his health got worse. It looks like the original owner started getting a roof leak so a layer of wood with tin is attached to the roof. No current leaks.
The tires were okay for the short trip but hubby says he wouldn't tow it over another 100 miles. One rim clamp "Dexter type" broke on us after moving it around the yard.
The bathroom sink cabinet underneath the sink is rotted.
The a/c units wouldn't run the compressor from the extension cord but the fans came on. There's a breaker box, fluorescent lighting, plugs throughout and bathroom lights but we didn't test anything, so as-is, not responsible for non-working electronics or electrical wiring.
Windows are missing the screens, I think there are 2 left still on there.
Towing would work with a 3/4 ton pickup and a 2" 5/16 ball. No lights onboard so you'll need magnetic ones unless you want to chance it. Also might want safety chains and we'll have a brand new front jack lift which we were going to replace that goes with it.
If you decide to tow the trailer the temporary tags were under here in Bellville as of March/April 2021, and if you go over 30 miles or so my husband says he would check the tires, grease the axles, replace the Dexter rim clamp and strap the front corners of the tin roof down.
