We built out this shipping container in 2015 for office and shop use. It is clean, recently painted and is turnkey with the exception of the solar panels which will need to be mounted when this container reaches its final destination. This could be used for a shop and office, creative workspace, climate-controlled storage. It generates enough power to accommodate a 3-man construction crew if you are working off grid.
