Our Folding house is the third generation of folding houses.   First manufactured 15 years ago, they have been improved to ensure a thermal insulation and waterproof features.
This module has a pre-wired electric system, so they can offer light and electrical outlets. If electricity
is inaccessible, a solar panel can be installed as an alternative (Not included in the price).
Using this module as a shelter in an emergency situation is ideal: it protects against the elements, and helps sustain family life.

The steel we use for structures and decks is cold formed Q235 or
SS400
, the same gauge used in large structures, ships and bridges.
The sandwich panel for walls  includes 50 mm of  fiberglass wool, which have classification A, marked as  fireproof, and avoid the effect of thermal bridge inside, improving in more than 75% performance against cold and heat and sound with international standards.
The floor included is made from fiber cement boards, which can be used as a subfloor to place a high-end finish: ceramic, PVC, porcelain, granite, carpet, etc. The fiber cement floor supports 200 kg per square meter.
It also includes a door and two windows per unit.
Module measurements are: 2.44 meters X 5.80 meters X 2.62 meters high.
