GABLE BUILDING KIT   The is a very nice oversized garage size building that has room for your cars as well as room left over for your shop. Plenty of room to move around inside. Why be satisfied with a small garage that barely has room for your vehicles and no space left over for any of your tools or other stuff you need to store. This building has a 40ft. wide x 15ft. long mezzanine creating a second floor and lots of extra storage space.  This building is 40x60x16. Cost of mezzanine is a separate option ,920.00.  You can have the building with a partial or a full mezzanine and we can determine that cost for whatever you want.
This is a very heavy due all galvanized steel frame. The painted roof and walls have a 45 year warranty. The paint holds up to anything. (Picture shown may vary some from the auction buildings.) The Gable (garage) kit will include: An all galvanized steel frame PBR 26 gauge siding and roofing  This building kit also includes all the hardware for the building; tek screws, bolts, fasteners, and anchor bolts. This building is engineered to meet CBC 2019 building codes with no snow load and 110mph wind speed, exposure C. (IBC and all other building codes also available). Includes wet stamped engineered blueprints and calculations by our certified structural engineer. Construction manual included Concrete foundation and erection of the building not included.
