HOW IT WORKS

add or remove any options/features, etc.
2. Confirm the total price and down payment amount of building design you have decided on.
3. Choose your colors
4. Click on "Buy it Now" and wait for invoice for the confirmed down payment amount.
5. Make required down payment and that's it!
*Once we receive down payment we will send your order into the manufacturer and mark your item as "Payment Received" on eBay. Your remaining balance will be due to the installers upon delivery and setup.

This particular listing is for a 30' wide x 46' long garage. Unit has 10' tall side walls.
This is a vertical roof style garage with:
Three 10' wide x 8' tall roll-up garage doors, two 36"x80" walk-in doors and two 30"x30" windows. Walk-in door and window can be placed where you see fit.
This garage is certified at 140 MPH/ 30 PSF. That will include mobile home anchors if doing ground install (concrete bolts already included if installing on slab), and generic engineered drawings needed to obtain a permit.
Price is for the tan and brown garage shown in the first picture. Other pictures are options. The last picture shows a color chart option.
Only 15% Down is Required to BUY IT NOW! The remaining payment including applicable sales tax is Due Upon Delivery.
We are sorry but we cannot accept any more than the 15% down payment until your building is delivered and installed.

INSTALLATION SURFACE AND CONCRETE SLAB
:
A concrete slab is not required for most of our buildings (certain larger commercial buildings do require slab) and we can install right on the ground.
Other examples of installation choices include but are not limited to:
* Gravel or crusher run
* Asphalt
* Installing over an existing surface (fees apply) such as a your deck
When pouring a slab please note that frame size specified in ALL of our steel structure listings is actually 1 FOOT shorter than stated roof length due to 6" overhang on both sides. In other words, if the building is 18' wide x 21' long/depth, the slab will need to be at least 18'x20'. Preferably the slab would be 19' wide and 21' long/deep and at least 4" thick, 6" is best.
We REQUIRE a level surface for your building within at least 4"
We can always adjust legs to be higher on one side/end if your surface is not level.
BUILDING PERMITS
:
* We do not require a building permit to purchase from us... is up to the buyer to determine their local codes and requirements.
* If you plan on getting a permit than certification is required in order to meet the IBC code requirements.
* Engineered drawings will be provided free with the purchase of certified buildings in most (but not all) states.
SETUP AND DELIVERY
:
100% FREE WITH ALL NON-COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS!!!
* Delivery, setup and our included standard features listed above are ALL included in the price shown for each particular listing of ALL of our steel buildings.
* There is a 1-12 week estimated delivery time (DEPENDS ON LOCATION AND MANUFACTURER USED) upon completion of your order.
* We, ourselves, do not actually ship these items as they are delivered and setup by our manufacturer. Orders are processed immediately upon receiving your down- payment and you will receive a phone call in weeks following to schedule a delivery date that is convenient for you.
* Setup is not a quick process and can take hours and sometimes days depending on size, style and features so please keep that in mind when scheduling.
AGAIN....WE REQUIRE A LEVEL SURFACE FOR YOUR BUILDING WITHIN 4"
