2005 Pac American 6x10 Cargo trailer conversion. Trailer has new wheels and tires along with bearings, paint and a newly sealed roof. The interior has been converted to be a completely incognito camper/tiny house. The trailer is wired for 110v electric hook up, drain, and city water. It also features an independent 12v system that can run off the 110 hook up or a battery, inverter or solar can be added to make it self sufficient off grid. It has 12v recessed lights, Usb ports and 12v sockets as well as a 12v vent fan and water pump so it can all be used with out conventional hook up and ran off batteries. If you plug into 110v hook up you can use the a/c unit and on demand water heater which is integrated into the faucet. Dinette with 4' table collapses and converts into a full size bed minus 6". A ton of custom built cabinetry, under bench storage, and shelving in the rear of the trailer will hold all of you necessities. There is also a pull out toilet that uses a tank and flushes by hand using stored water and solution. The toilet is brand new and has never been used. 28" tv with HDMI hook ups is also installed and comes with the trailer along with 30a electric hook up and a plug that will convert it to a standard extension cord. The trailer has 4 separate leveling jacks that help stabilize it when parked and in use. The trailer empty weighs roughly 995lbs so best guess with all the furniture it should be well under 2000lb GVW which would make it east to tow with even a small vehicle. Conversion was completed in June and has only been used a few times since then. It would be great for a weekend getaway or a good bug out camper to have on stand by.
